This site is geared toward young women, and provides some great educational information about birth control methods, including this page about condom use. My only suggestion for the site would be to have some sort of list of responses for young women to use, if a guy tries to dissuade her and doesn't want to use a condom. Some girls give in too easily, and don't insist on the guy using a condom.
