I liked this fact sheet, as I found it was printable and has all the basics about the diaphragm. It is a PDF file, so be aware of that when you click on the link; it doesn't take you to an actual website, but instead accesses the PDF file. It features much of the same information found elsewhere regarding the diaphragm, but in a handy printout. One thing that was odd was that there appeared to be a picture superimposed on one of the pages, and it made it a bit difficult to read the text of that area.
