This is a great, easy-to-read overview of IUDs. I have heard them discussed by friends before but I wasn't sure how they worked, the procedure, etc so this was great information to help me understand all about IUDs.

The New York Times Health Guide provides an illustrated guide to an intrauterine device along with the information needed before having one inserted. I was, however, disappointed to see that only the copper IUD was shown, not the more-current version of a Mirena IUD.
